Refund policy

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 3 days after delivery and received 7 days after a return is requested. Returned items must be in unworn, undamaged condition and in the original packaging in order for a return to be processed.

All refunds will be made in the form of store credit. Once your return is processed, a coupon code will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipment costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create a refund coupon code for you.

If you have received an item from Mabutiful as a gift, you can return it as long as it is in unworn and undamaged condition and in the original packaging in exchange for store credit, which will be sent to you in the form of a code. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.
